HomeMy WebLinkAbout1990-02-26-CAC-min.pdf LEXINGTON CABLE TV AND COMMUNICATIONS ADVISORY COMMITTEE Lexington, Massachusetts • MEETING OF THE COMMITTEE, 26 FEBRUARY 1990 The meeting was called to order at - 40 F M Those present were Julian Bussgang, Frank Di6jammctrino Leo McSweeney, Julie Triessl , Theodore Mairson William Spencer, and Martha Stanton The chairman welcomed Julie Triessl to the committee and announced that Phyllis Wilner had resigned The committee thanked Bussgang and Mairson for their effrts in preparing the report and letter drafts The report and letter drafts were reviewed and numerJus revisions were suggested Bussgang will revise the report draft and Mairson the letter draft It was moved (Stanton) , seconded (Spencer) and voted unanimously that the revised report and letter drafts be sent to Peter Epstein for comment and suggestions In the discussion which followed it was emphasized that pending Epstein s response we wanted to meet with the Selectmen to discuss the report and to request that the‘f serve notice of default It was also emphasized that there should be no communication with Cablevision prior to serving such notice The date for the nelt meeting will be set after the Chairman checks with Epstein The meeting adjourned at 5 30 F M Respectfully submitted, Theodore Mairson, Secretary The Committee voted unanimously to accept these minutes at their meeting on May 3, 1990 /V206/A258 900227 PAGE 1
