School Committee members present—Tom Diaz, Chairman, Tom Griffiths,
Helen Cohen, and Margaret Coppe
Others present—Dr. Paul Ash, Superintendent of Schools, Robert Harris, Assistant
Superintendent for Human Resources (acting recording secretary)
Meeting called to order at 6:13 p.m.
Motion made by Ms. Cohen and seconded— "To accept the Harrington Project for school
purposes."

Motion made and seconded- "To accept the Fiske Project for school purposes."

Motion made by Mr. Griffiths and seconded by Ms. Cohen to go into Executive Session for
the purpose of discussing collective bargaining and to return in Open Session to attend a
Budget Summit meeting in the selectman's meeting room at 7:30 p.m.
