20/20 Vision Committee Meeting
December 8, 2017
Parker Room, Town Office Building

Members Present: Peter Enrich, Dan Krupka, Andrew Dixon, Joe Pato, Margaret Coppe, Kathleen
Lenihan, Mark Manassas
Members Absent: Ginna Johnson, Bhumip Khasnabish, Fernando Quezada, Alan Wrigley, Peter Lee
Visitor(s): Tracy Horn
The meeting was called to order at 7:51 a.m.
The minutes for the October 27th meeting were approved.
The meeting was primarily devoted to
• How to properly dissolve of the Subcommittee on Asian Communities and managing storage of
related data
• Getting updates for the Scoping Group on E -Government/ E -Governance
• Seeking volunteers for overseeing content of the 20/20 Vision website
From these discussions, we formulated the following decisions and actions items:
Decisions
• The committee agreed that the Subcommittee on Asian Communities is no longer needed, and
will go through the proper channels to formally dissolve the committee.
• The committee suggested reaching out to Candy McLaughlin and Glen Parker for assistance with
the Scoping Committee on E -Governance on communication.
• The committee selected the following dates for upcoming meetings: March 2, March 30, and
April 27.
Action Items
• Dan will check with the Town Clerk to make that sure that the documents are archived to ensure
dissolution.
• Peter will contact the liaison for the specific details on the Working Group for Social Diversity.
• Joe & Kathleen are serving as the representatives for 20/20 Committee on the Selection Team
for Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee.
• Peter will check with the Town Clerk on transferring ownership of the data from the survey to
the town because certain information will not be available to the town for access.
• The committee will find out what the public records requirements are for the information from
the surveys. (Will have to check with the Town Clerk)
• Mark volunteered to both facilitate updates to the 2020 website and to receive email sent to
the 20/20 committee via the Town's 20/20 web page.
