Unit Size
Ruth Senft Noyes had asked Bea if there was a policy about family size as it relates
to unit size LexHAB has a strong inclination that it was the Town's intention to
follow the approach that had been taken by the Town Manager when he was Muzzey
Administrator Bea will call Ruth and tell he this
Potter Pond
Dave Eagle reported that he understands that there is an agreement between Smith and
the Potters that if the affordable housing at Potter Pond is not executed, the
developer will owe Potter $20,000 per unit. Bea will see if she can find out
anything Bea believes that the new agreement between Smith and the Town would not
be affected, since the $20,000 could come out of the HUD "unit prototype" price
that is being deducted from the sales price prior to money going to the Town.
Bob Hutchinson had told Jean that he received a call from Smith who says it looks
like the units will go quickly
Bonding
Dave Eagle reported that Aetna wants a letter from the Chairman of LexHAB saying
