LEXHAB p994 Minutes of the Meeting of July 24, 1984 Present Bill Kennedy, Bill Hays, Dave Eagle, Don Wilson, Jean Gaudet, Linda Conrad, Bea Phear The meeting came to order at 7 20 a.m. One of the potential buyers, Penny Haggerty, has asked Kirk Noyes to appeal the rejection of her certification She has suggested a Mr Mike Brown as the representative from Noyes in the arbitration. Kirk Noyes told Jean Gaudet that he would appeal, on her request, and is sending a letter to that effect. Jean Gaudet suggests Steve Politi as the representative from LexHAB in the arbitration. These two would then find a neutral third arbitrator and the three would make a binding decision. Bill Hays cautioned that the Deed calls for someone "experienced in real estate" for the arbitration. LexHAB members felt that Mr Politi's experience on the Board of Selectmen with various real estate transactions was sufficient to meet this requirement. Jean will ask him if he feels he meets this qualification. Wilson moved, Conrad seconded, to appoint Steve Politi as the arbitrator for LexHAB in this matter Voted unanimously Respectfully submitted, Beatrice Phear
