JAN. 24, 1939.
A special meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held
in the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, at 11:30
A.M. Chairman Giroux and Messrs. Clark and Potter were
present. Mr. Raymond and the Clerk were also present.
It was voted to authorize the Superintendent of Public
Works to submit an amendatory application for the North
Lexington sewer force main and pumping station project,
Docket No. Mass. 1464-F, with revised estimates of cost,
showing the total cost of the project as X163,600. 4 _,
so that $90,000.00, the amount borrowed by the Town, will
represent 55% of the cost, and X73,600.00 will be the
amount of the amended request for a grant.
The meeting adjourned at 11:40 A.M.
