SELECTMEN'S MEETING - MARCH 5, 1938
A special meeting of the Selectmen was held in the
Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, at 8:30 A. M.
Messrs. Ferguson., Potter, and Giroux were present. The Clerk
was also present.
The following action was taken on budgets:
Town Offices and Carz Memorial BlU. - Expenses:
e Item ror Telephone was reduced rom Fp16UU.QU to
1500.00 and the item for Water was reduced from $135. to
100.00. The Clerk informed the Board that Mr. Raymond
said it was impossible to get along with these reduced amounts
and it was therefor voted to restore them to $1600.00 and
$135.00 respectively.
Fire De artment - Outia :
it was voted o_app mve $700.00 for Replacement of four
boxes and for three new boxes instead of $1000.00 previously
approved.
Public Works - Su t.'s Office - E enses:
was.addea ror the 5upt.ls bondl, making the total
approved $305.00.
The meeting adjourned at 9;00 A. M.
