SELECTMENrg MEETING
JUNE 28th2 1935. '
A special meeting of the Board of Selectmen was
held -,at the Selectment s Room, Town Office Building, at
5:30 P.M. on June 28th, 1935. Messrs. Ferguson, Lyons
and Potter were present.
The meeting was called to discuss thetter of
granting a permit to keep poultry to Arthur, Roberts
of 38 Adams Street, Lexington..
Roberts The Board viewed the -premises at 38 Adams Street,
Poultry and it'was the opinion of the Board that the Zoning
Permit. By-law'wouid not be violated if the permit were granted
because the premises have been and are at the present
time, being used as a farm. It was also the opinion
of they Board that the Board of Health Laws would not be
violated if the permit were granted.
The Board voted unanimously to _grant the permit.
It was voted to adjourn the meeting.
