SPECIAL MEETING --BOARD OF SELECTMEN
OCTOBER 3, 1934.
A special meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held at
the Selectmen's Room, Town Office Building, on Tuesday, Octo-
ber 3, 1934 at 5:45 P. M. Messrs. Trask, Ferguson and Gil -
creast were present.
Letter was received from Blythe & Company, 111 Devan-
shire Street, Boston, as a result of a conference with Mr.
Gilcreast in which they made the following; offer in order to
comply with the rulinn of Mr. Wardell with respect to the
010,000 loan a,.thorized under date of September 25, 1934.
The offer was as follows: Bid 100.01 on 20 bonds,
p41,006.. payable December lst, 1935 and $3,000. December 1,
1936.
It was voted to accept the bid and authorize the Treas,
urer to prepare the notes.
