SPECIAL MEETING
AUGUST 1, 1934.
Special meeting was held at the Selectmen's Room, Town
Office Building, at 5:30 P.M. Messrs. Trask, Ferguson and
O'Connell were present.
A special meeting was called to discuss the complaints
that had been received relative to heavy trucking on Hancock Complaint of

"Acting under the provisions of Chapter 40, Section 22,
of th'e General Laws, the Traffic Regulations adopted by the
Board of Selectmen under date of July 7, 1931 and amended
from time to tome, be and hereby are further amended by add-
ing thereto the following: Traffic
Adams and Hancock Streets Regulations
There shall be no heavy trucking at any time on Adams
and Hancock Streets."

The Board signed the qDproval of the application for Incorporation/
incorporation of the Amanda Caroline Payson Educational
Fund for Girls.. Inc.
The Board voted to grant the petition of the Edison EEI Co. -
Elec. Ill. Co. for alteration of locations of poles on Valley Road

At the request of the Town Clerk and Town Treasurer,
it was voted to appoint Miss Mary Spencer as Acting Town Acting Tow
Clerk and Town, Treasurer during the absence of James J. Clerk & Treasurex
Carroll while on vacation from August 3rd to August 13th.
