representing the Harvard Trust Company were present.
' Mr. Scheibe stated that he objected to having
the tYees"city down and if it were possible to
change the layo ,! slinhtly so teat the trees
would not be cut down, he was agreeable to to
layout.
Mr. Sarano asked whether or not the radii
of the corners could not be changed.
Mr.'Nelligan entered his protest against
taking any land from the triangle inasmuch as he
considered it valuable for a building. The Town
Engineer explained that according to the Zoning
Law of the Town, a buJBing placed on this triangle
would be very small.
The Board felt that this triangle should be
kept open and maintained as a park, if this were
done, a strip of land could be taken from the
triangle thereby saving the trees on the other side
of the street.
It was decided to lay the matter on the table
until further study could be given to the layout.
