John Tuttle of Andover repr0eented the Applicant. Fir. Tuttle explained that hits plan called for the building or three houses on what is now cultivated field. Five feet of fill would be *Lased between the houses and otraast and three foot of Sill would be flood immediately behind each house. The remainder of each lot would not be graded. This trunk sewer will run from Wyman Road to 12$, through a wet area ( the "rough area behind the ball field, and is designed to alleviate the s:ep'tic tank probleaa of the houses on Wyman Road. It will be shallow-dug and covered with a to 2 feet of earth - not enough to bear traffic. Channels will be out through the hump and there will be a culszert to Simonds Brook. A letter received from Kenneth Waste consultant, states that the sewer will present no detriment to the neighborhood or wetlands, (b) Blossom-Lawn tunk sewer will service home on Bic mom Street and a section of Concord Avenue. Questions Wore asked about the relation'>.e..ip of the dower trunk to the aurrcunding terrain.
