Maloney explaaisaed that he IS representing Hayden Recreation Center as a trustee and member of its Board of Directors, and that Arlon 011 Ce, will actually do the work. Mr, Clark explained the Recreation Ccttera'at plan to tall an area of approximately 1100 feet by 2250 feet with 5,600 cubic yards of fill.
