Feb. 11, 1997 were not discussed I Gingerbread Construction Co. Gary Larson reviewed new changes to site plan as our suggestions were implemented in the plan *Site Changes reduce curb cuts on Woburn by having one way in and one way out curb closed on Fletcher creating a patio in front of the entrance and planted area at the corner of Fletcher and Woburn ( service drive to the rear of the building off Fletcher walkway off bike way to building as well as to Woburn St. picnic tables to be placed in wooded area two bike racks on east side of the building dumpster and two small compressors on the east side of the building and the north side will have a wooden screen suggested planting large street trees instead of Acer ginnala along Woburn *Changes to building entrance moved off center took off covered walk on west side covered walk in front with columns maintain vaulted fan window over entrance suggest pumping up detailing on the building, windows, tri m,etc. *Sign purposed sign 15' high, 10' long and 3' wide suggested sign be lower to ground on the corner of Woburn and Fletcher sign on building to the right of the door, 2' x 6' *Lighting 3, 10' boxed lights will be at the perimeter of the wooded area between the parking and the woods. 2. IDEO• John wrote letter highly recommending their efforts to the 1' Board of Appeals. We would like to see a color elevation of the sign. 3 Sheraton Inn on Marrett Road: Flatlys are going on as they have planned. It was suggested that Mr McSwenney, Chairman of the Selectman, speak with them. 4 Fr e s e n i u s. Going for sign allowed by the By-Law on the first floor of their building. 5 Harrington Road: At the Selectman's meeting John, Steve and Mort were directed to come up with alternatives. Most liked alterative is the neck down on Harrington Rd. and Hancock. This would slow traffic and make the drivers more aware of the intersection John is going to talk with Cambridge about this or other possibilities and Betsy is going to check the data base. 6. Depot Square: Carl Johnson's firm was awarded the project. Ginna Johnson has met with all the representatives and has discussed the three schemes. 7 Newspaper Vending Machines. Jack Nolan has written a draft to the Boston Globe requesting the numbers and locations of their machines. It was suggested that the request come from the Town and that it be written on Town stationary to hasten a reply 8. Mobil Station on Marret Rd. and Waltham St The new owner would like to plant something between the trees that are now there. He may bring his proposal to our next meeting.
