2 Board of Appeals items
Oulf service station Sian at Marrett Road and Waltham

existing or proposed sign Members recommended it not be
approved as presented and that Gulf should reduce their
curb openings, install planters and plant street trees
Concern expressed about setting a bad precedent if a
sign larger than Mobil ' s is approved
26 Parker Street Members generally positive about
replacing old barn and shed with the new houses
proposed, but most felt the new houses were too big and
may be out of scale with the rest of the neighborhood
Amount of asphalt paving should be reduced Tom did not
like having one of the houses set at an angle John
liked the angle because it tended to give closure to the
courtyard
