2. Board of Appeals: Rob Jones requesting 3 signs at 166 Bedford
St. (MacKay Hardware location) for B Street Bagels. One sign for the
front of the store, 21x101 with exterior lighting, one hanging sign on
the front of the building 2'-6" high by 2' wide with exterior lighting
and a third sign on the side of the building facing Bedford, 1' x 6'
aluminum with internal illumination. The two signs on the front of
the building are to be made of wood with white background, blue
lettering with a blue border The type for the lettering is unique as
well as compliments the establishment's name.
No sign was approved for the side of the building facing Bedord. The
hanging sign was approved with the suggestion that the border be
narrower The sign on the front of the building was approved with
the request that the length be more in proportion with the lettering,
therefore the sign should be smaller than the 10' length.

document that will be sent out to 73 businesses in East Lexington
asking them to buy and maintain plants in the barrels over the
summer months. Wilson's will plant the barrels and the DPW will
