Design Advisory Committee 3 November 1989 Page Two * Sign Review The Board of Appeals sent the submission of "Wild and Wooly Sign" and "Middlesex MA11 Sign on Store" to DAC for comments John Vinton and 1 both felt that the style and the size of letters on 'Middlesex Mall Store Sign" is acceptable and that each store sign, set into a desig- nated panel, is appropriate. However, the drawing for "Wild and Wooly Sign" did not indicate the color material, or the method of installation. John is going to find more information and make recom- mendations to the Board of Appeals. * Marrett Road Mobil Station John brought in the site plan of the New Marrett Road Mobil Station for comments. The members of the committee were generally pleased that the new site plan shows the curb cut for entrance and exitway being pushed away from the street corner and that new trees and planting beds are being planned at the street corner. All these features will greatly improve the existing conditions- * The next DAC meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 14, 1989 at 8 00 p.m. in Room 111.
