Participation in the Patriots Day Parade confirmed&logistics discussed. b. Discovery Day setup and Time Capsule preparations discussed. Past members of the Board of Selectmen to receive invitations to the Time Capsule&Clock dedication. c. Old Time Baseball Game plans underway with Co-Chair Alison Huntington and Treasurer Betsy Wilkinson brought on board. d. We are Lexington Concert set for May 27th @ 6:30 p.m.in the High School auditorium. e. Volunteer Thank-You set for 5.30—9:00 p.m. Sunday,June 21'd®Cary Hall—Eric Eid-Reiner band,cake&beverages to be served. Estimated cost$7,500,to be off-set by nominal entrance fee. 2. Community Events—none for approval a. Interfaith Clergy—April 20th—supporting event 3. Closing Up— a. Archiving the Web Site b. 300th Commemorative Book—to be a keepsake,record of events,photos,reflect the depth& breadth of the event—to be produced by fall 2013. c.
