Financials Update—Donna Hooper provided update on$48,000 receipts,fundraising&budgets. Suzie Barry
asked about fundraising goal and status at this point. Larry Link is seeking outeach for$50,000,including mailing
to Chamber of Commerce and`Constant Contact' emails.
Programs&Events—
• Opening Ceremonies—Margaret Counts-Klebe—rehearsals are this coming week
o August 28th—LexMedia is doing a run-through,updates to Scripts underway
o Sept. 14th—4:00—technical rehearsal

• All-Town Photo—helicopter&Cessna pilot;Boston Globe panoramic digital photo,with photographer Joanne

• Country Fair—Vendor with permit wishes to vend—Mo's Ice Cream;check with Board of Selectmen for
