Sue Rockwell reviewed plans for insert in September Issue of Lexington Minuteman and reported the
Lexington 300t web site to be going well.
Financials:
• Tanya Morrisett reported on financials and need to update,with adjustments to be made from that
allocated vs.new initiatives.
• Lanyards for workers are on order,with extras to be available for sale
• Budget cuts&additions—
o Publicity line item-$1,600-$500 to equal $275 net savings
o Shared Expenses—new category to be added—committee expenses
o Vista Print—excellent discounts
o Lawn Signs—lower costs,balloons&supplies—line 4800—Decorations kit—new
expense
o Opening Ceremony- $250 for decorations
o MOTION to approve above adjustments APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY
Fundraising—Sue Rockwell reviewed
• New Sponsor Level—MOTION—Adopt revised membership packages—UNANIMOUS
• On-line web donation capability in the works
• Email outreach by Fundraising—Constant Contact
• Donations from other businesses discussed
• Next meeting for fundraising—August 8th—7:00 p.m.
Banner,approved by the Selectmen on July 30th,to be hung 6 times across Massachusetts Avenue during
the course of the year.
Programs&Events—
• Tanya Morrisett moved to authorize up to$600 for singers at the Opening ceremony—ADOPTED

Mementos&Banners—Eric Carlson to order shortly Massachusetts Avenue banner ordered
Issue re:Depot Square tree removal for the Clock/time capsule positioning must be addressed through Selectmen.
