Tanya Morrisett and Jessie Steigerwald will seek names for the group. 0 Other o Patriots'Day Parade—Kim Coburn coordinating—seeks marchers,ordered 10,000 bookmarks for distribution on Patriots' Day Community Events for Approval— o Brookhaven(1010 Waltham St)—link to 300th celebration? Mary Gillespie to inquire o Lexington Interfaith Clergy Association—APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY o LEF-Sylvia Han—Needs to partner up with multi-cultural dance in Incorporation weekend. Sue Rockwell will contact the LeF o Lexington retailers Association—Discovery Day 2013 —needs to connect with the theme—APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY Banners to be presented at Historic Districts Commission meeting on June 7th for approval. Freedom Banner—the actual blue color was discussed and proper shade decided and vote taken to APPROVE U.S. Senator Scott Brown sent a letter—will not be attending the celebration. Community Meeting of May 10th was a great gathering,with lots of volunteer interest. `Other Lexingtons'—Sue Rockwell and Dick Kollen working on connecting with the other Lexingtons. Mary Gillespie is working with the Lexington,Kentucky group Town Celebrations Committee is moving up the deadline for 2013 Patriots Day celebrations Eric Michelson questioned need for contacting hotels for April 2013 bookings.
