The meeting was called to order at 7:45 p.m.
Oh., W. sen asked that the May 22 selectmens meeting he reviewed -
and clarified* Ms . Banks indicated what had happened at that meeting t
and at Town Meeting, and passed around a copy of a. letter from
the Chairman of the TIVI.
After much discussion by those presenti. the MOTION Presented on
the -following page, was passed unanimous ly
The following MOTIONS were schen moved, seconded, and passed
unanimously.
MOTION That the Ooh. adopt this 'en.tire statement as its resolution.
concerning the current discussions with the Selectmen.
MOTION That the CoA authorize W, Sento request an appearance with
s the Board of selectmen and speak in our behalf_ at their
next meeting.

The CoA feels it is imperative that the CoA Administrative
Offices and the Senior Center testing activity remain unified,

The Town offices do not meet . the conditions stated ;3revlously
and therefore are unsuitable.
The CoA resolves that multiple temporary moves will be di.sadvan.
tageou.s to the efficiency and continuity of.coA. services.
Therefore, the. Council states that it is willing and desirous of
working verb closer with the Town Manager's Off ice and the SSSC in:
their endeavors to solve these problems- without the limitations
imposed by the Board of selectmen
