Miller reported on the preparation for tha..t May 6 event. A poster contest was he and a great many exhibits are p- lanned, to enable all ages to enjoy the day'. Coordinator's.-Report. loan Me lcher The total calls for the month of March were 298. A guest list has been set up in the Office for visitors to sign, a lon g with the nature of their business. Three volunteers are in the process of setting up a new card-file which wil give pertinent information on volunteers and others. A tally has been made of number Of ersons participating in each P �. p g � activity of the Council. The open. House had 20 persons, and Ch. Sen spoke to the group. Middlesex Community College sent a che for $100 to the Counc for the use of a room for classes. This will be given to Treas . Carlson.
