THE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS - IN THE YEAR ONE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND FORTY-NINE AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF LEXINGTON TO APPROPRIATE MONEY FOR THE CELEBRATION OF THE ONE HUNDRED- AND SEVENTY-FIFTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE BATTLE OF LEXINGTON. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in Gen- eral Court assembled, and by the authority of the same , as follows : The town of Lexington may appropriate a sum not to exceed twenty- five thousand dollars for the celebration of the one hundred and seventy-fifth anniversary of the battle of Lexington.
