Trust Company, and Thompson, Treasurer of the Medford Trust Company
came before the Board to discuss the matter of a house owned by
that company on Outlook Drive , Lexington
Because of default in the payment of the mortgage by a Mr.
Bernard to the Medford Trust Comnany, theyewere obliged to foreclose
and it was found that the house is nearer the lot line than the
Building Laws allow, they, therefore , wished to find out what could
be done about the matter.
If it was possible to trade land with the owner of the next
lot, namely, a Mr. Kelley, the proper distance could be had from
the lot line. However, they find that Mr. Kelley will not trade
land, but that he will sell the house on the lot, which the company
is not desirous of buying.
It was finally decided. to let the matter lay for a while , as
it may be possible th^t Mr. tielley will not meet his payments on

the Medfora Trust Company an oorortunity to settle the matter.
