Vet i• o9.Removal: NSTAR Substation--the building at the corner of Grant and Mass. Ave. —has 1.0,history of no snow removal from its sidewalk. Michael Novack researched this, found that 4,e9rAR.was relying upon an agreement between (then)Boston Edison and the Town in which the ..x;Agreed to remove snow from the sidewalk. Reportedly, the NSTAR snow removal ipinent was unable to deal with the brick pavers.
