Ron Wells, Ron Marble, Nancy Barter, John McGirr, Diane Parr, Bea Phar :ianutes The minutes of the meeting of March 16, 1982 were approved as ammended correct. Firends of LYC $250 00 - delete from minutes until Ron gets correct total Musket Information No news from Phill and Neil - where are they? Project Stop Will not be at Lexington High School this year - security is one probelm Discovery Lexington Day - .May 29th - 10-5pm Civic and business groups combine together - $50 00 per booth if you plan to sell $4 75 for table only Applications have to be in at the end of the month (April) Ideas - questionnaire - blood pressure EMT's, Diane is going to put some ideas together Nancy will be available if assistance is needed Ron wants input before month is over whether Youth Commission wants to be involved Youth Recognition Award $154 50 Four students - April 19th awards will be given to students (names will be given at May's meeting) After awards are given owners go for a Pancake Breakfast with their families Outward Bound Ron distributed draft letter for approval Board approved All set 150 copies by Bea - ready for Ron's signature and letters will be out by next meeting (attached) Questionnaire Cover Letter Cover letter was approved and copies were distributed to Town Manager, Selectmen, School Department, Human Services, Police Dept, Steve Doran State Rep, RePlace, C 0 D.E Youth Membership Diane will ask among friends at school if any students are interested in getting involved in next year's Youth Commission Diane will check with students (Executive House) at L H S to see if any students want to get involved Next Meetings Next Meetings April 27 the at RePlace 7 30 pm May 4 with Human Services Committee May 18 Agenda May 4th - Human Services May 18th - discussion with RePlace update on Fund Raising Youth Commission awards chairperson - Ron Marble - assistant John McGirr Diane Parr report on Lexington Discovery Day Youth Membership Meeting adjourned. 9 15 pm Respectfully Submitted, Nancy Barter
