The meeting was called to order by Mrs, Rawls, the Chairman and 1 Vice-Chairman both absent, Other Commission maters present were 1 Dr. Friedman and Messrs Larson and Williams, as well as Associate Members Mesdames Nichols and Solomon and Planning Board Chairman Mrs. Brown and observer Frank Sandy. William J. Martia,. Assist- ant Town Engineer, appeared to discuss proposed brook cleaning operations. Kiln Brook, Public Works/ Engineering Department came to discuss proposed additional work on Kiln Brook. Commission later in dis- cussion VOTED that notice of intent under the Wetlands Protection Act would be needed. (FF, etc. ) Village Circle Area, filling and development discussed. (SS, WKS, DH) Future Hearings by Board of Appeals: Militia Drive - 5/5/73 New Building on Hartwell Ave. - 5/29/73 East Street Trees : a.m. 4/30/73 Wetland tonin# to be pursued by Planning Board.
