Representing the Applicant were Bradford Saivetz of Bradford Saivetz and Assoc., Inc. and Attorneys Charles George and Bertram Q Wilcox of Cam- panelli, Inc. , all of Braintree. History of this case was re- viewed. Mr. Larson met last week with Mr. Raymond of Bradford Saivetz and Mr. Wilcox, and requested that all drawings and plans be con- solidated, giving complete information on surrounding drainage, and that complete information be given about Lot 9 - present run- off, definition of areas of development and areas to be left un- disturbed and runoff calculations after completion of proposed development. This information was submitted at tonight's meeting. Mr. Martin pointed out that the berm between the Campanelli and Instrumentation Labs properties is broken, and that the Engin- eering Department would impose certain requirements on the drain- age system at the forthcoming Board of Appeals hearing. Erosion control, slopes and drainage of parking lots and traps for oil pollutants were discussed. Ten citizens have sent a letter to the DNR requesting that there be a separate Wetland Protection Act hearing for the development of Lot 9, since the hearing for P-2062, according to their letter, concerned "the road and only the road". Anne M. Vohi, a Lexington attorney, spoke on their behalf. (MFR, GL, FF) Discussion of Warrant Articles with conservation implication Sanitary Landfill and waste treatment; League offWomen Voters and Board of Selectmen proposals should support each other. Commission members expressed support of recycling, but did not reach consensus on purchase of a compactor. Brooks Wetland Protection Act is involved. Definition of maintenance and channelization needed. Meriam Street Parking lot 10-foot greenery buffer favored. Bicycle Path:. Support indicated. No discussion. Old Res, enlargement Wetland Protection Act procedures should be mentioned on Town Meeting floor, since 60-day waiting period would probably mean that work would have to be delayed until after swimming season of 1973. Mosquito Control No official stand, Community Development Wetland Zoning Positive firm stand in favor. Arlington's unhappiness over this mentioned. (HMK) The meeting adjourned at 11.45 p.m., following an executive ses- sion, which was declaredat10.40. Next meeting not set. Respectfully submitted, Gt_ jyMCommission
