The plan of Eaton Road, Nichols Road, Preston Road, Simonds Road, Blake Road, all of said roads being on the Lexington Building Trust property were approved. The plans approved were general plans and Mr. William H. Burgess, Trustee, was requested to file detailed plans. A true record, Attest; Clerk. MEETING: AUGUST 25, 1925. Messrs. Burnham and Miles present. Letter was received from the Chairman of the Community Committee of Burlington, asking for permission to post signs advertising their fair at intersecting streets in Lexington. As this was a town benefit the Board granted permission to erect the signs. Notice was received from the County Commissioners of the Hearing on Bow Street widening. The hearing will be held at the County Commissioners office on September 25, 1925 at 10 A. M. T Permission was granted to Mrs. Lilla Grpvnfield to extend her garage which is located at the junction of Middle Street and Spring Street. Permission was granted for the sign of the Lexington Lumber Company to be located onthe north side of Marrett Street. Plans of the lay out of "Hancock Birches" which include Coolidge Avenue running from Adams Street to Hancock Street and Diehl Road and Brigham Road were approved by the Board of Survey.
