HomeMy WebLinkAbout1925-06-25Eve JUNE 25, 1925 At a meeting of the Board Town Meeting on June 25, 1925 at Theodore A. Custance, it was of Selectmen following the 10:45 P. M, on motion of Voted: That the contract for the building of the sewer in Hancock Street, Adams Street, Hancock Avenue and Camelia Place be, and hereby is, awarded to Anthony Ross-& Son at the price as per unit prices in the specifications submitted Tuesday, June 23,1925, and that he furnish Liability Insurance to the amount of $5000 to $10,000 for each accident. A truerecord, Attest: Town Clerk. JULY 99 1925. Meeting of the Board of Selectmenheld July 2, 19259 at the office of the Selectmen. Present; J. Chester Hutchinson, Theodore A. Custance Albert H. Burnham and Charles H. Miles. Voted that the $91,500 School Loan Bonds and the $31,000 Sewer Loan, Act of 1913 bonds authorized by Town votes passet June 26, 1924 and March 26, 1925, respectively, be and the same are hereby awarded to Estabrook & Co., at the price of 101.03 and accrued interest, and the forms of said b onds, as prepared by the Town Treasurer and The First National Bank of Boston, be and the same are hereby approved.
