relative to tne notice received from the Board by adame Tenney
of 131 —arr . Ave .

suggested carer for building permitr . he alro suggerted a
date for a meeting of the planning board torether with the
ap7ropriation committee .
The Board acknowledged receipt of the letter and stated
that they would coneider the matter at a later date .

Legal opinion war received frcai the Town Counsel in
regard to licenree oeing granted to perronr doing Common rict-
uallerr burinesr on April 19 and 20 , 1925 .
The rubrtance of the opinion ^-ar tt at permits for commin
v ctuallerr could be granted by the chief ofPolice for that
day inasmuch ay the persons doing burinerr we e not doing
it ar a regular burinere .
Complaint war received from Katharine Larringtor, of
510 L.arr . Ave . Lexington . ..-arr . in which she complained of
the "jilent Policeman" at the junction of Lar' . Ave . Jlarke
and Bedford btreetr.
The .soars replied that t ere regulators were being tried
out and if it war necerrary they would have thir one. removed .
Lotice of the vote of the committee on the celebration
of April 19th in which they requested that the beacon light
for traffic at the junction of mare . r.ve . Cl .r1,e and Bedford
