The Town Clerk was also present. L_r. Burnham war absent. nearing war called upon petition of Neil i.cIntorh for approval of plan showing lay out of proposed roads on the Gary farm. Lr. Lclntosh war requested to prepare further plan showing hie proposed lay -out of adjoining property particularly how he would provide for right of titi-ay to existing streets from land that he proposes to sell in middle area of thio land. iiearing was postponed until r'ebruary 10, at v-hich time &Lr. lilclntoph var to prerernt his plan. ihe.isoard voted to extend their efforte to Ldward V Collins of LLaee, .ive, Laet LE;xington that, he might receive his, licence to operate an automobile Prom Regietrar Frank Goodwin. Lir, Doulton vias reouerted to interview Lr. Goodwin in behalf of Golline . Lr. Letter received from the civic arrociation of ,art Lexington wan placed on file. It ti+rar voted that letter of Ailliam Roger Greeley in regard to further decoration of L_emorial tablet b�- placed on the table. It wap voted that an tirticle be placed in the 'Warrant to the F-,ffect that Liddle Street and State noad be called State Road all the xray. ' It wap voted to appoint 0rborna J.
