VETERANS HAY Mr. Brenchick, who was unable to be present at the Nova

BICENTENNIAL Chmn Barnes informed the TCC ofthe following developments

Selectmen for their consideration Copies are attached
Mention was made of the LBC minutes of October 23 regarding scheduling
in the Lexington schools.
In addition, Mrs Litchfield noted that a I. eiington member of the
Pearl Harbor Survivors Association bad been npti.fied that th. s g cup would
like to obtain membersh. p funds which would enable them to participate in
national events throughout the Bicente-,nnial. period.

The chairman also reviewed a letter sent by the Lexington Minute Men

1.AltAlE ROSTER Having reviewed both the lis & of mill cry invitations
issued and the expre s tan of interest rece ved by the Chic.:. Marshal.,
the TCC agreed to invite, at this time those max thing units which
regularly marct in Lexington and to assume the costs of those units. In
i ddition certain units ; both regular :tnd net , which have indicated that
they will not ask reembursoment will be invited. Chic' Marshal .liroder•i eh
will prepare a. summary of the units above; s vitations to additional
units will then be considered Chum Barnes noted that the total number
of these groups excluding both minutemen from nearby and Centennial
Legion ;roues, nc., also excluding unconfirmed military partic pants ,
Coast Guard., and National Guard was n the neighborhood of 2000 marchers
