COMILbeO.NDENGE A letter from Ma. Tarlin, Bicentennial Director,
noted. that approximately 100 busses carrying .parade participants and
guests would be coming from Concord on April. 19, 1975 The TCC should
plan to make arrangements for parking at the assembly area, issue dir-
ections as to the bus routing, and arrange for a post, .lunch cleaning
of those busses after arrival The LIIC bill fund this clean-up,
Sevexal letters of inquiry regarding parade participation were
given to the Chief Marshal ter follow up
VETERANS DAY Parade rosters were distributed; Mr Gaughan said that
Commander Thomann of the YEW had received our letter nd had been as-
sured verbally that the TCC was prepared to help h..m with parade a.ssemely-
Rosters have also been. mailed to pL_ tii cipating units and individuals
PATRIOTS DAY The Chief Marshal had prepared a preliminary recap of
trade questionnaires returned to date lie has heard from 24 units;
the TCC briefly reviewed some of the data but deferred further discus-
ion aside from commenting that several of the units which regularly
march in Lexington were asking for a larger contribution towards their
expenses than in previous year.;

There was a short ICC discussion of expanding float pa_tieim
pation Before decisions c.re reached regarding the number of floats
which nae or should be considered, MI , Brenchick will measure and
graph the present float assembly area, in addition to inquiring
about the amount of space which the police and Eire departments feel
to be necesdary for emergency use
Chief Marshal Broderick will contact Mr. Edgar of the Lexington
Minute Men regarding both the Centennial Legion and other companies
of Minute Paler., It will be necessary to have complete data for both
before the parade roster i prepared.
Mr Flynn asked Chmn Baines to review the report on Concord' s
communications , noting that he expects that the telephone company
tvie-le-le w el-1'xng to provide service of an extraordinary quality at that
time if requested to do so
Chinn Barnes reminded the TCC that Fiske H 'al Ceremonies should
also be arranged, and Mr. Brenchick commented that ;.,ubiic address
