Approach to an Operational Plan for the Lexington Town Celebrations
Committee " This is hahic Ily a run through of all the steps that
need to be accomplished in the planning process ; Mr Camp had iso-
lated the basic elements which he felt should have highest consideration
in that process Committee members noted tnat. provision for visitor
needs tas being coordinated. by the Li3C; however each area noted would
need sy+ecific attention as a TOC responsibility in providing for the
invited parade participants - the categories were most applicable
As noted in his operational plan, TCC members could. he as
si1rned definite responsibilities Pre: During. and .Posy, April 19;
by planning in this way, it could easily be seer where .dditional

ub -committees, and planned sub-,committees.
3) Mr. Gaughan has custody of some very old flags. Should
provision for their use or display be made for J$75c
