1 An invitation from the Lexington Minute Men,.i.nc Robert Marrigan,
Captain Commanding, fos the committee to attend tee installation of officers
at a ceremony on the Battle Green at 2 pm, Sunday September 15 , with z
reception following at Sanderson House Parking at Seasons Four.
2 A letter from Pi- De.partnhent of the Army confirming intended par—
ticipation in the Bicentennial parade

giving tentative plans for their o••ganizatioaaal activities during Patriots
Day weekend.
4, A letter from the Department of the Army, West Point confirming
the intended participaY,ion of a marching unit of 90 cadets 4 cadet staff,
and an 11 man color guard in the Bicentennial parade.
FLOAT hORKSHOP Mr, 33rencliicit noted that the workshop, which vil1 also
serve as the organizational meeting for all groups which may wish to enter
floats has been scheduled for the evening of Tue_:days October 1, Letters
