A location plan accompanied the letter. Mrs. Mitchell noted bills sent to Mrs. Litchfield from Driscoll's for $5.50, and from the Appleyard Bus Co. for transportation for the Methuen Cadet Corps. Neither had been noted in the financial review made on May 16. Chmn. Aides to Congressman Cronin picked up a roster copy from Mrs. Litchfield and were asked particularly to note our alternate arrangements in case of rains BICENTENNIAL The committee reviewed areas a 7h. ch might well be covered in the course of the joint LBC-TCC meeting on May 29. Mentioned were the letter from the PAC; a general update on the costs of the marching units which participated in 1974 a note that the TCC agrees that, aside from the Centennial Legion, Minute Man companies can well be scattered through- out the vatimus divisions and general rearrangement of divisions is cer- tainly possible; and a comment that the idea of this rearrangement has been discussed by Chmn. Banes and James Edgar of the Lexington Minute Men. Also considered. as topics for discussion would be a request from the TCC that a clear delineation of our responsibilities and a state- ment of the precise budgetary figures to cover these responsibilities be given by the LBC. Committee members agreed that, remembering the difficulties which arose during the first Battle Reenactment, we still have considerable CO doubt as to the possibile successful 1975 reenactment of Paul Revea°s 191.1 Midnight Ride, Respectfully submitted Ruth Mitchell, Recording secretary
