Mr. Moulton informed the men that in the spring next year they should go before the Appropriation Committee and state their case and if the committee approved of same an appropriation for a permanent construction might be obtained. 4ith the present appro- priation of $45 ,000 to cover all etreete in the town and buy a new steam roller the Board could not do any construction work. Stone , was instructed to oppose the bill as the chances are that the town might not benefit if the bill went through. Mr. Seaman reported that from investigation he could make relative to Mr. Hunt' s bill for installation of sewer in Wallace Court, he could not see why Mr. Hunt should not pay hie bill. Mr. Stone stated that he could take the matter up with Mr. Bidwell, attorney for William Hunt. 163 Mr. (Seaman reported that he had a conference with Mr. Hanson of the Middlesex & Boston St. Rwy Co . about removing tracks , and Mr. Hanson stated that he would take out the paving blocks , the town to keep same , and fill in with three inches of crushed stone.
