Arthur Earle of Wood Ste came before the Board relative 162 to having some improvement made on the street. He stated that each year in the Spring and Fall the road is almost imraerable and he felt that they should have a Rood road put in as the section would then develop much faster. Mr. Edward L. Mr. Moulton informed the men that in the spring next. year they should go before the Appropriation Committee and state their case and if the committee approved of came an appropriation for a permanent construction might be obtained. With the present appro- priation of $45,000 to cover all streets in the town and buy a new steam roller the Board could not do any construction work. He felt that as the Zoning By -Law had not been approved by the Attorney General it had not become law and that he should be allowed to con- tinue. The Board informed him that they could not favor him in his poeition any more than they could anyone else in a similar position. Eugene J. Mr. Scam -man reported that from investigation he could make ' relative to Mr. Hunt's bill for installation of sewer in Wallace Court, he could not Pee why Mr. Hunt should not pay his bill.
