A special meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held in the Selectmen' s Room, Town hall , Lexington , on '. edneeday, January 1E , 19E4 , at 9 50 P . la. The following memberr of the Board were prerent namely , Leesrs . Seaman , Blake , Burnhad and koulton, the Town Clerk was also prerent . After consideration of the hearing on the discharge of Andrew T . Bain , the Board voted not to sustain the chargee . The Board also notified kr. Bain that they felt his work was done in a proper manner and that they regretted to lore hie cervices inasmnchan he declined to verve further under Superintendent Rope or Superintendent Harrison.
