A special meeting of the Board of Selectmen was held in
the Selectmen's xoom, Town hall, Lexington, on criday, Dec. 21,
1923 at 8 P. itis. 'The following members of the Board were present,
namely: Merpre. ::camman, Blake, hutchinron, burnham and lu-oulton:
the Tovn clerk was also present.
Hearing on the application of Gabriel Brucchi for permission
to erect a garage on thinchey Road which was held over from
December 18, was taken up.
Do persons ap neared to object and the Hoard therefor voted
to grant the license.
Hearings were held on the following applications as adver-
tised: harry x. Burgess of Ledar St. for permission to install
and maintain a 500 Fallon gasolfne tank.
F. L. Robinson I Son, 80 nancock St. for permission to
install and maintain a 300 gallon gasoline tank.
No persona appeared to object to the applications and
the Board therefor voted to grant same.
The Supt. of Public �iorke presented figures in regard to '
moving tracks of the iLiddlevex & Boston St. Rway C:o. and re-
rurfacir_g the street thereafter. The matter was discussed
and the Board finally decided to go over the ground on Sunday,
December 23, 1923 in order that they might be familiar with
Chat ie needed to be done.
