Vice—Chmn. Gaughan asked whether any TCC member knew the status
of the LeRoy Drown Fund now that the Bicentennial events were over,
being mindful of the fact that the LEX had stated an intention to use
this money. This matter should be checked.

Mr Gaughan also noted that, according to Mr Barnes, the LDC
is not greatly troubled about potential crowds, either for July 4 or
for April 19. It was noted that decisions in this area must be made
by the Town Manager; the TCC agreed that it would be wise to make
special note of any indications of extraordinary interest in either
event, so as to notify Mr. O'Connell promptly
