Mr Turner, M's Brenchick. Mr Flynn Chief Marshal Broderick REENACTMENT TCC members will plan to be present at this ceremony and will meet at the Red Cross Chapter House at the conclusion. Mr. Fitzgerald will arrange transportation to Adams school for TCC members marching in the youth parade. The TCC public address system is being used at the reenactment MORNING PARADE Mrs McGonagle notified the committee that the Red. Cross wagon was being withdrawn from the roster since ,.t will be needed to su,pl;le- ment First Aid facilities along the route Mrs. Litchfield will prepare a list of youth who are to appear at the flag-r :icing ceremonies for use by the chief marshal. She also noted that two armbands had not been returned following the Fiske Hill ceremonies FLOATS Mr. Brenchick reported that all floats will return to their assembly area and will be held there until the conclusion of the parade. He has been assigned both a parade monitor and a )Soy Scout by the Chief Marshal and will have communications equipment The float judges will meet at Heritage Hall at 11 15 AM, be taken to the judging area, and then returned to join other guests who will later be going to the reviewing stand GUESTS AND TRANSPORTATION Mr. Fitzgerald expressed his concern with the indefinite status of the guest list; the TCC agreed that it would be well to plan on having three busses available at Heritage Hall and, later, at the reviewing stand; parking for these busses,as well as for the British Ambassador who will be leaving early has been arranged. TCC members marching in the parade will leave their cars at Heritage Hall and will be driven to the assembly area in cars being used to transport White Tricorne Hat recipients. The busses will load shortly before 2 pm Parking lot security has been ar- ranged Vice-chairman Gaughan distributed official automobile passes to those needing them; additional passes were left for Mr Tarlin to distribute to LBC members and others Passes were also given to Mrs. McGonagle for use by First Aid staff Reviewing stand protocol and seating arrangements were discussed; Mr Gaughan and Mrs. McGonagle will attempt to make a firm guest list; there will be name tags and carnations given to guests as a visible means of id- entification Several TCC members expressed particular concern with the problems involved in restricting access to the reviewing stand prior to par- ade time; Mr Flynn, Mr. Gaughan and Mr. Fitzgerald will do their best to work from the LUC guest list. COMMUNICATIONS Mr Fitzgerald seed that final arrangements were being made; in addition, he has arranged for back-up units should Motorola equipment be unavailable. PARADE ROSTER Chief Marshal Broderick noted some anticipated changes to be made; it was moved by M . Turner, , aeonded by Mr. Flynn, and voted unanimously that the TCC delegate to the Chief Marsha? both final authority and respon- sibility for replacement of units; in addition, the TCC voted to turn the p�'�� afternoon parade over to Mr Broderick at this time. 1 Respectfully submitted, Q� Ruth M.
