Present: William Hays, Donald idilson, David Eagle, :.ester Savage,
Martha Wood, Patricia Nelson, and Norman Cohen
The minutes were approved as read.
The Treasurer's report was accepted as read.
Pat Nelson received a check for the repair work done at 33338 Bedford Street.
She also reported that our tenant at Parker School has moved out.
The agreement between .the Selectmen, Planning Board and the Board of Appeals
for a purchase option held by the Town fora 15-year lock-in at Katahdin Woods
will be investigated.
There was a discussion about the Community Preservation Act.
There is the possibility of two lots for sale on Tarb211 Avenue, and a one
bedroom unit at Emerson Gardens.
Lester did an evaluation pf comparible rental units and came to the Inclusion
that the units at Muzzey High Condominium are still affordable.
The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 8, 2008.
