The Board voted to have all night street lighting for
the balance of January and also for the month of February.
The Clerk was directed to notify the Edieon Co. to that
effect.
It war found that flags were needed for the Town Hall and
also two for the playgrounds.
?.:r. Harrison was requested to purchase the same.
Letter war received from 'Warren E. Hadley, Prep. of the
Senior Claes, in which he asked that the entire charge for the
use of the Hall for the Senior Clase Dance be abated.
The matter was left with wr. harrison to attend to as to
abatement or not.
Application for the position in the orater Department was
received from Anthonyaugno.
Application was also received from crank P. Cutter for the
position of Supt. of Streets, 'i;ater and Sewer.
Both applications were referred to 1:r. Harrison.
Letter was received from Edwin A. Bayley, former Chairman
of the By -Law (;omniittee, in wt_ich he informed the Board that
there was an unexpended balance in the account of w225.58 which
could be applied to the printing of by-laws and that he had
C. S. Parker save the type so that the same would not have to be
re -set.
He asked i,:hether or not the Board desired to have pamphlets
printed, and the number desired.
The Board consulted the down Counsel as to whether or not
the committee having been discharged, could supprvise the printing
of the by-laws.
A Claes 11, Used Car Lealer'e License, was granted to Doria
Reeves doing business at 245 lease. Ave, Lexington.
Application for Advertising, Signe were received from the
State Department of Public corks.
The action on there applications was laid over until a later
date.
Petition war received from residents in the vicinity of
Farmcreat Avenue, Lexington, in TM,hLich they ask that the snow plow
be driven over that avenue after each storm.
They were informed that the only way that they could obtain
their request was to have an article put in a ':iarrant for a
Town Leeting to have the people vote on same as public service in
unacce_r_ted streets is restricted.
Class I. Agent's License was granted to Calvin d. Childs
of 99 Mans. Ave.

Letter was received from the Dept. of Public+Yorke stating
that a check would be forthcoming for the town's share in the
b�-zilding of Lovrell and Laple Streets.
It was decided to call a hearing on Feb. 6, at 8 P. Tc,
for the -approval of plan of Section 4. larmhuret, being developed
by Tleil :Iclntosh, Tru^tee.
The Board interviewed applicants for Chief of Police
position,
Water & Sewer Dept,
It was voted to transfer $200 from the Sewer Frontage
Assessment Account to Sewer Construction Account.
