All +embers Present.
The Board voted to have all night street lighting for
the balance of January and also for the month of February .
The Clerk was directed to notify the Edison Co . to that
effect.
It war found that flags were needed for the Town Hall and
also two for the playgrounds .
ter. Harrison was requested to purchase the same .
Letter was received from Warren E. Hadley, Pres . of the
Senior Class , in which he asked that the entire charge for the
use of the Hall for the Senior olase Dance be abated .
The matter was left with ir . Harrison to attend to as to
abatement or not.
Application for the position in the Water Department was
received from Anthony g eau no.
Application was also received from Frank P . Cutter for the
position of Supt . of Streets , hater and Sewer.
Both applications were referred to Lr . Harrison.
Letter was received from Ldwin A. Bayley , former Chairman
of the By-Law committee , in wt_ich he informed the Board that
there was an unexpended balance in the account of 3225 .58 which
could be applied to the printing of by-laws and that he had
C . S. Parker save the type so that the same would not have to be
re-set.
He asked Yhether or not the Board desired to have pamphlets
printed, and the number desired.
The Board consulted the Town oouneel as to whether or not
the committee having been discharged, could supervise the printing
of the by-laws .
A Claes 11 , Used Car Dealer' s License , was granted to Doria
Reeves doing business at 245 Lase . Ave , Lexington.
Application for Advertising signs were received from the
State Department of Public I+orke .
The action on these applications was laid over until a later
date .
Petition was received from residents in the vicinity of
Farmcreat Avenue , Lexington, in TMiiich they ask that the snow plow
be driven over that avenue after each storm.
They were informed that the only way that they could obtain
their request was to have an article put in a .iarrant for a
Town L_eeting to have the people vote on same as public service in
unaccented streets is restricted.
Claes I . Agent' s License was granted to Calvin J. Childs
of 99 Mans . Ave.

Letter was received from the Dept. of Public +Yorke stating
that a check would be forthcoming for the town' s share in the
b.;�ilding of Lovell and Laple Streets .
It was decided to call a hearing on Feb. 6 , at 8 P. L.
for the approval of plan of Section 4 . larmhurst, being developed
by Tdeil : clntoeh, Trustee .
The Board interviewed applicants for chief of Police
poeition.
Water & Sewer Dept.
It was voted to transfer $200 from theSewer
Frontage
Assessment Account to Sewer Construction Account.
