All i:embere Present.
Mr. Harrison reported that he had received letter from
the $tate in which they informed him that they would not contri-
bute toward the cost of sidewalk work on Maple and Lowell Ste .
I.Ir. Harrison read a letter which he had written to the
Edison Go . ordering a street light placed on Hancock Street
near the junction of Elm Avenue.
Mr . Harrison recommended that the Police Department regu-
lations that ir. kaguire , Actin; Uhief formerly presented to the
Board and which were turned over to Mr. Harrison, be accepted.
The Board laid the matter on the table for one week.
Mr. Harrison read a letter from the General Fireproofing
Jo . of 125 Federal bt, Boston, in which they gave a figure of
111 $371.25 for grill work to be placed in front of the Town Treas-
urer' s desk.
ne also read a letter from The Hub dire Cloth and woire
stork Go of 16-18 canal Jt, .orton, in which they gave a figure
of $120 .00 for grill work with an additional cnarge of $6 for
a inch glass instead of a sheet steel shelf.
The board instructed Harrisoni, r. to award the bid to the
Hub wire Cloth and dire .cork Co .
Ir. Harrison brought the subject of changes in the Board
of Health Regulations up and suggested if agreeable that he and
Dr. Barnes could go over same and mace the necessary changes .
It was voted that the Board of Health regulations be
accepted as changed by Lr. arm. L . Barnes and —r . Harrison.
Mr. harrison presented to 1,.r . Blake olds for new Locker
Building on the Parker Field.
No decision war made as to building to be chosen.
:wr. Osborne . Gorman was appointed Forest .+arden and also
Loth 'Superintendent for the year 1923 , the same to be subject to
the approval of the Jtate Lepartment of Conservation.

snow account when the work did not need to be done and just because

The bill of $87.50 for labor was presented. The Board did

over the Jtreet Acceptance regulations with corrections .
The board voted to accept these regul_tione and to have the
name printed for distribution.

had come income the board voted not to grant her any aid.

In this connection the Board voted to meet the other candidates

In regard to ler. ._arrieon' e obtaining Coope at_on of the
pegrone working in the office , the Board authorized him to enforce
the regulatione as to the hall being open from 9 to 5 and if he did
not get cooperation to report to the Board.

hr . •=eaudry reported that Janes . Leith of 515 Lakeside
Drive , Bricker .ter was the owner o; a car driven by L orrie Y.
Coleman, that struck a hydrant on ourn JtrEet on Sep. 28 , 1922.
The coat of replacing the hydrant was $76 .19 .
It was voted to place this matter in the hands of the 2:rtn
Counsel.
hr. Beaudry also reported that there was an unpaid water
bill on hand of George J. Loggie . ; r. Loggie has left town.
The bill was only $7.49 . it was not deemed a sufficient amount
to place in the hands of the Town Counsel for collection.
