1 CALL TO ORDER EXECUTIVE SESSION
2 ADOPTION OF REMOTE PARTICPATION
VOTE To adopt remote participation by all members of the Minuteman School Committee
pursuant to and in accordance with Sections(2) and(3)of the Executive Order Suspending
Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law made by the Governor of Massachusetts on
March 12,2020, such adoption to be effective until said Executive Order is rescinded or the
Commonwealth's State of Emergency as referenced in said Executive Order,is terminate,
whichever happens first

3 Define Rules of Engagement for Search Firm
The purpose of the discussion will be to form the rules of engagement with the search firm and how to
manage the process as we begin the search for the new Supenntendent of Minuteman
(Mr Ruderman joined the meeting at 7 03 p m)
Mr Lawrence and Mr Hiersche of Organizational Agility Advisors, LLC discussed with Committee
members the process to undertake in developing the Superintendent's profile They noted options for search
firms NESDEC,MASC,Roy&Associates and the Collins Center,and recommended that the search firm
needs to be in place before the summer
Ms Nourse thanked Mr Lawrence and Mr Hiersche for their presentation She reiterated that Minuteman
has an incredible story to share
The Strategic Planning Subcommittee will meet and report back to the full School Committee
