The request of the Town Treasurer to be retired was discussed.
It was voted that Frederick L. Emery, Henry L.-Jadsworth and
cJ. Aoger Greeley be requested to serve as a Committee in reference
to raising $109000 among; the town's people to be added to the
$10,000 appropriation for the purchase of Depot Park so called.
The Building Inspector reported that the flooring in building
at 119 Idase. five. is very weak and he thought dangerous. At present
it is used for storage of burlap bags. He thought we would get a
report from the Chief of the Fire Department in the near future.
It was voted to let this matter stand until the Fire Chief reports.
Voted, that the Clerks and officials in the Town Hall arrange
a schedule of attendance in the hall so that at least two of them
shall be present between 9 A. �". and 5 P. MI. (6aturday's 9 to 12)
continuously and report to us their arrangements.
