The records of the last meeting were read and approved.
Common Victuallers License was granted to Roee :d . Smith
to do business at 424 Mass . Ave . , said license to expire Mayl, ' 22 .
Common Victuallers License was granted to Ashley J.
Partridge to do business at 4 Jepot oquare , said licence to
expire 1 , 1922.
Insurance policy #2266393 being Liability insurance on the
Almehouse bbildings was approved by the Board . This policy is
issued for $10,000 through the office of A . Lord & Co .
Letter was received from Alice 1:ewell of 20 Percy Road in
which she refused to accept the appointment as Trustee of the
3ammell Legacy.
The matter of filling the vacancy was left on the table for
one week.
The Board drew the following Jurors Edward Jood and
John S. Haven, Livil , Robert u. Sturtevant and Jilliam J. Fergueo
Criminal .
A junk license was granted to Isaac L._alatkofeky of 49 Sylvia
St. same to expire ,..ay 1 , 1922 . The fee charged being $8 .33
pr . mo . for the balance of the license year .
Letter was received from the L•etropolitan District Commission
in which they informed the Board that none of the $50,000 appro-
priation under Chap . 13 of the Acte of 1922 could be applied
to the parks in Lex_nrton.
Letter was received from the =own of Framingham in which
they call attention to douse bill #134 and r.o . 630 being bills
in regard to . dison rates and on which hearings were to be held
at the tate house , Rm . 466 on Friday , Feb . 17.
The Board authorized the Town Counsel to appear at this
hearing and protest for the Town. Cotton also stated that
he would attend the hearing.
