The records of the last meeting; were read and approved.
Common Victuallers License was granted to Roee V. Smith
to do business at 424 Maes. Ave., said license to expire uayl,122.
Corvion Victuallers License was granted to Ashley J.
Partr`-dge to do business at 4 Jepot oquare, said license to
expire iv -1 -ay 1, 1922.
Insurance policy ,8286393 being Liability insurance on the
Almehouse buildings was approved by the Board. This policy is
issued for $10,000 through the office of A. Lord Sc Co.
Letter wws received from Alice :e'vell of 20 Percy Road in
which she refused to accept the appointment as Trustee of the
Gammell Legacy.
The matter of filling the vacancy was left on the table for
one week.
The Bo.: -rd drew the following Jurors: Edward ,O'ood and
John S. Haven, 6ivil; Robert L. Sturtevant and Jillian. Fergueo
Criminal.
A junk license was granted to Isaac ialatkofeky of 49 Sylvia
St. eame to expire :: ay 1, 1922. The fee charged being $8.33
pr. mo. for the balance of the license year.
Letter was received from the Letropolitan District Commission
in which they informed the Board that none of the $509000 appro-
priation under Uhap. 13 of the nets of 1922 could be applied
to the Parke in Lex`nr;ton.
Letter was received from the =own of :Framingham in which
they call attention to iouee bill $134 and 1.o. 630 being bills
in regard to E dieon rates and on which hearings were to be held
at the 6tate house, Rm. 466 on Friday, Feb. 17.
The board authorized the 'iown Oounsel to appear &t this
hearing and protest for the 'Town. sir. Cotton also stated that
he would attend the hearinrg.
