Cole, Proprietor, to do business at State Road near the junction of Lincoln Street. same being an "Agent's License" as Mr. Uole has the agency for Studebaker care. Letter was received from Mr. 01illiam-H. Burgess in which he enclosed copy of article and vote passed by the town of Falmouth relative to revaluing real estate in that tovm. The Board acknowledged receipt of same and informed Ur. burgess that the matter would have the future consider- ation of the Board. kr. rienr.ich came before the Board again to request Why the residents in his section have not been given the grade of the etreets so that they could construct them for acceptance by the Town. he was informed that owing to the storms the Town Engineer and Supt. of Streets was so busy that he could not get to that work for some time. In connection with placing public utilities in unaccepted streets, the Olerk was directed to write to the town of Arlington asking them to inform us just what methods they use when requested to place public utilities in unaccepted streets. Letter was received from Henry W. 3owman descendent of the Bowman family of the East Village calling attention to the fact that the sign "bowman St." at the junction of Watertown jt. and Bowman Street had rotted away and request- ing a new sign be placed there. The Board considered the matter and voted to place an iron sign to correspond with the signs being placed in the centre of the town at this point. A statement for registration of the Town hall was signed and returned to the Internal Revenue Office. Mr. Ryder was requested to give a legal opinion as to whether or not the right of way from Woburn Street to the Munroe property which was open for sixty years and recently fenced up was still a permanent right of way. 1 1 1 Mr. Jacob Bornstein of 12 Mass. Avenue, applied for a junk licen©e and offered $100 for the balance of the junk license year. which is May 1, 1922. It was voted to grant him the license provided he paid the fee. Application for a license to cell ice cream and tonic at the junction of Lowell & 'Woburn Streets on Sundays was received from snugene iamolare of 33 Theeda Sheet, Arlington heights. It was voted not to grant the license. Insurance policies which were ordered renewed last week were approved by the Board. 1 #Note.
